SIDECAR COSTS

Through modular design practices SideCar can be conveniently customized for each plant at attractively low prices. For a prompt BUDGET estimate please email or FAX the following information.

• Wastewater Treatment Facility Name and Location
• Number, size, manufacturer, and model of RBCs.
• Dimensions of RBCs, stages, and media type and surface areas (if available)
• Year of original installation
• Type of Tank(s) (concrete or steel) and approx dimensions
• RBC housing (FRP covers or in building)
• Purpose of aeration, e.g., BOD improvement and/or ammonia removal, elimination of nuisance organisms, odors, reduction of media and/or shaft loading?
• Unless otherwise specified cost of air supply blower(s) will be in the budget estimate. Please indicate if the following options should also be included.
• Fiberglass Blower / Motor Weather Enclosures
• Blower motor control panel

For a PURCHASE QUOTATION for a SideCar system the following additional information is necessary:

• Accurate RBC tank dimension drawings, including interstage baffles, fillets, and any tank bottom irregularities. Show direction of RBC rotation.
• Electrical Service Characteristics – phase, Hz & voltage
• Motor (TEFC; Explosive Proof) and Control Enclosure (Nema 12, 4 or 4x) Requirements
